The issues that cause fragmentation in our souls are our human lessons to evolve as creative beings.  Our most authentic task this lifetime is to awaken to our true selves; and only You and Creation know what that is.  This is the I and I of consciousness.  We are also wounded and forgetful beings, wounded from many traumas and misunderstandings about our worth, our place, our source, our divinity.  We also have developed the soul sickness of self-judgmental and limiting belief systems that operate in the background of our lives like constant shaming and addictive programming.  Transpersonal psychology recognizes there is an invisible, non material realm that is pure creative energy; it is our source and the life force that moves through us.  Humanistic psychology, depth psychology recognizes we are humans with basic needs that need fulfillment, and when these needs are met we evolve and grow toward our better selves.  Carl Rodgers once stated that all human beings have a natural tendency to lean toward self-actualization.  My goal as a transpersonal humanistic psychologist is to assist you toward healing the past, and any present issues that may be limiting your ability to be your best-self, and assist you, encourage you, and at times provide valuable insight into how to be true to your pathway to self-actualization.
